Shipping Policy

New Zealand Delivery

We are offering next day delivery to Auckland CBD. We are using local fast delivering company within Auckland CBD which does not provide tracking number.

Orders received by 11:00am are expected to be delivered next day during working days but not the weekends. All orders processed on Friday will be delivered on Monday. All parcels are being dispatched Monday to Friday.

We use New Zealand post for shipping out of Auckland CBD for the rest of the New Zealand. https://www.nzpost.co.nz/tools/address-postcode-finder   verifies your delivery address before any purchase. Please use this tool to identify if your address is a rural or urban. Postal cost is different depends on your delivery address. If a property has a permission to leave postal items; there is a risk that the Chocolate gets melted or weather damaged, we are unable to offer any refunds in this instance. Permissions are given to NZ post by the owners of a property, please note this is common in NZ rural areas.

Our customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery details. If the provided address is incorrect or not complete, it will cause delay or non-delivery of your order, additional re-delivery cost for your order may be applied.

Building complexes such as universities, apartments, offices have locked doors and gates, they also may include different companies in different floors with restrictions. Please include all requirements to access, A phone number of the recipient can assist courier to deliver your parcel. Additional cost may apply for redelivery from access restrictions.

 If you are ordering from overseas, please note we work based on NZ local time Monday to Friday and orders are being dispatched Monday to Friday. We understand many deliveries are time sensitive and we do make our best that your parcel arrives at destination at your preferred date however delivery time is sometimes out of our control. Please note couriers may have increased workload during some busy periods such as Christmas resulting in delays.

We do not deliver on NZ public holidays, such as Auckland Anniversary Day, Waitangi Day, Anzac Day, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Easter Monday, Queen’s Birthday, Labour Day, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New years holiday.

If your order is handled by NZ post, we will send you tracking number. please use NZ post tracking tool to track your item.

International Delivery

Please contact us for international delivery before purchase any item online. For International packages, we use New Zealand Post. International delivery includes customs and foreign services and may take longer. While we cannot guarantee and we hold no responsibility as we don’t have control over delivery process, we are happy to help and share our experience of using different couriers for destinations with you.

Orders Cancelation

Chocolate Boutique has the right to cancel your order and fully refund for very rare various reasons. During busy seasonal periods we can become temporarily out of stock of some items and might need to cancel or contact you to change your order. Please note we are under no obligation to accept all orders. Purchaser also can cancel the order within the first 5 hours of the purchase, provided the order has not been dispatched.
