Refund Policy

7days Refund Policy

Chocolate Boutique takes pride in the quality of its products since 1996. Please examine your order carefully because a refund will not be granted if you change your mind after purchase.
Please be advised that chocolate may melt in transit during hot weather, and we will be unable to refund it since the delivery process will be beyond our control. When a refund is authorized, it is processed within 7 days.

If you return the goods within 14 days, we will refund the delivery fee as well. We do not accept responsibility for any damages that may have occurred to the product after it was delivered in accordance with the instructions supplied by the buyer.

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

We will ask you to return the goods if they are faulty or not the items you ordered, and we will give a remedy. Please note that a refund request should be submitted to us within two days of receiving the item. After which, it will be completed in 7 days.

If applicable, we will also refund the courier fee. We do not accept responsibility for any damage to the merchandise caused by us after delivery as per the buyer's instructions.
