Chocolates are bought in from 7 local chocolatiers (mostly trained in Europe) and all using Belgian Barry Callebaut Chocolate which is imported and then tempered and converted into finished products here in New Zealand using our Unique and local ingredients for the centres creating - Handmade works of art……
